Nasrat has elevated the NexGen outreach program to remarkable new
heights. She not only hosts regular job fairs at local colleges, but also
spearheaded the first0ever career fair at UCSB4an extraordinary
milestone that required exceptional initiative, perseverance, and
dedication.
Her passion for attracting new members and energizing both board and
chapter participants shines through in every event she leads. She has
contributed to countless initiatives, each leaving a meaningful and lasting
impact. Most importantly, Nasrat has played a transformative role in
inspiring and guiding students as they transition into future chemists and
leaders of our industry.
