What is one professional achievement or project you've completed that you're particularly proud
of?
It is hard to sum up your life9s career based on a single achievement. My proudest professional
achievement is my proven ability to master and succeed at whatever challenge I focus on.
Throughout my career journey, whenever I have faced a new industry, system, or complex problem, I
have successfully put my mind to it and delivered results. My defining success is this high level of
adaptability and execution.
Along my journey started with a technical and materials foundation managing specialized
engineering research teams to improve process yields and advance semiconductor hardware
materials which lead to my PMP certification and managing large project research programs and
budgets. Next, I was able to move into global product innovations, creating an extensive patent
portfolio and inventing and bringing to market the launch of the globally successful Schick Intuition
razor and creating my own company to launch viable consumer market products. This led to
working more in the Wellness space where I directed the end-to-end product development lifecycle
to commercialize multiple high-volume probiotic and nutritional supplement lines. From building
successful products, the next step was building successful organizations optimizing global R&D
operations, formulation pipelines, technical roadmaps, due diligence, and operational scale-ups for
personal care and wellness products, as well as unifying operations across multiple R&D and
Production sites.
Could you share one piece of advice you've received from a mentor that's stuck with you to this
day?
Mentorship for women in tech was once a rarity, so I let curiosity be my guide. By mastering the art of
observation, having a relentless drive to figure things out, and asking the right questions, I9ve learned
that you don't need to be the expert to drive the solution.
