What is one tool, app, or routine you simply can9t work without?
I9ve learned over the years that my day is much more productive when I prioritize creating lists
before diving into work. It's so easy to spend the whole morning reacting to urgent, low-impact
noise like emails and notifications. To avoid that, I've built a habit of focusing on the key projects
first. Once those tasks are checked off, I move on to routine requests. This approach keeps me from
spinning my wheels and guarantees that the high-impact work actually gets done.
How do you like to recharge or "unplug" after a particularly busy week?
I find the best way to reset is on a nature trail. Taking long hikes gives me the mental space to
unplug and process the week. It9s where I do my best reflecting, allowing the 'noise' to fade so I can
gain clarity on the things that matter.
Book/Podcast Recs: What is one resource (book, podcast, or newsletter) that has significantly
impacted your perspective recently?
Recently, the book 'Man9s Search for Meaning' by Viktor Frankl significantly shifted my perspective.
Frankl argues that while we cannot always control our circumstances, we always retain the
freedom to choose our attitude. This made me realize that finding meaning isn't about avoiding
workplace hardships or chasing constant happiness, it is about discovering a purpose to pursue
despite life's challenges. Today, whenever I face a difficult project or a setback at work, I focus my
energy on what I can control, let go of what I cannot.

I am originally from New York and will always be an East Coast girl at heart. Outside of my professional role, I
am deeply passionate about mentorship and helping others navigate their career paths by sharing lessons
from my own journey. To stay energized and focused, I dedicate my free time to fitness and working out. A
fun fact about me is that I recently hiked 100 miles of the Camino del Norte through the Basque Country in
Spain.
